Where does the time go? It seems an almost impossible notion to consider, but with the Nintendo Switch celebrating its eighth birthday today, it's now merely two years away from being a decade old. A decade. That's simply absurd. It would be oh-so easy to remark on how the console is an ageing relic at this point that's in dire need of an upgrade, but heck, we know said upgrade is coming later this year in the form of the Nintendo Switch 2. Update: Launching this August. If you played the Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles video game and were wondering when Tanjiro and his demon-slaying buddies would be returning, we've got an update. Aniplex has announced the second chapter of this game - officially titled Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles 2. It will be playable at Japan's Jump Fest this year (taking place between 21st and 22nd December 2024). Good news, Hero. At the beginning of February, Square Enix temporarily removed Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition from the Switch eShop to make some "minor updates" to the store listing. In an update on social media, the official Dragon Quest account has now confirmed the game has made its digital return on Nintendo's hybrid platform, and it's now available at a "permanently reduced price" of $39.99/ £34.99/ €39.99.
