Uh Oh, Blurred Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 Art Has Leaked Online
Do a (kick) flip! In what is quickly becoming one of the worst-kept secrets in the biz, a blurred image of what appears to be the key art for the as-yet-unannounced Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 remaster has leaked online (thanks for the heads up, Push Square). Shared to Twitter by reliable leaker @billbil_kun (who previously correctly called the Super Mario Bros. Wonder Switch OLED bundle, amongst other things), the art shows a skater in purple, assumed to be The Birdman, pulling off an areal trick over what appears to be a Pro Skater 3 + 4 logo. Opinion: Nintendo, Let Us Buy The Games Being Delisted From Switch Online
NSO-go. Well, it finally happened: the first game to be delisted from Nintendo Switch Online will disappear on 27th March. For years, the numbers have only gone up, and the total NSO game-count sits at an impressive 182 at the time of writing - with 109 more if you subscribe at the Expansion Pack tier. NSO was a slow starter, but the value has grown enormously with its vintage game catalogue since October 2019. The threat of games being removed always lingered — and that's the reason we've called for the return of the Virtual Console in the past — but as streaming services of all sorts routinely pull content for a variety of reasons, Nintendo's lack of absentees was notable. Until now. Read the full article on nintendolife.com

Anniversary: Nintendo Switch Launched On This Day Eight Years Ago
Where does the time go? It seems an almost impossible notion to consider, but with the Nintendo Switch celebrating its eighth birthday today, it's now merely two years away from being a decade old. A decade. That's simply absurd. It would be oh-so easy to remark on how the console is an ageing relic at this point that's in dire need of an upgrade, but heck, we know said upgrade is coming later this year in the form of the Nintendo Switch 2. So instead, we'd like to briefly focus on how utterly incredible Nintendo's humble hybrid system really is. Read the full article on nintendolife.com

Random: This Unofficial Sonic Unleashed PC Port Has Us Dreaming Of A Switch 2 Remaster
Werehogs, not swearhogs. Like all big pop culture moments, time has done weird things to the public perception of Sonic Unleashed. What launched in HD on Xbox 360 and PS3 (and in SD on Wii and PS2) back in 2008 to the lukewarm reception of "oh, it's like Sonic only slower... and greyer" has developed into something a tad more nostalgic, particularly for those who grew up with the title. It's not one of the games that immediately springs to mind when you think of which blue blur adventure is ripe for a remaster, but a fan-made PC port is making us see things in a new light (thanks for the heads up, Push Square). Grab your mascara and pull down your fringe, we're jonesing for Sonic Unleashed on Switch 2. Read the full article on nintendolife.com

Review: Everhood 2 (Switch) - A Subversive, Surprising Yet Shallow Undertale-Inspired RPG
Buckle up. In Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, there’s an oft-quoted interaction in which the titular character, having fallen down the rabbit hole and become trapped in a dreamlike world, complains to the Cheshire Cat that she doesn’t want to be among mad people. “Oh, you can’t help that,” says the Cat. “We’re all mad here.” The Cat’s observation, and this interaction as a whole, perfectly captures the feeling of Everhood 2, the latest release from Foreign Gnomes. In the best of ways, this Toby Fox-inspired RPG is as confusing and menacing as it is fascinating and funny, and while it likely won’t top most people’s lists when discussing the best RPGs on the Switch, it provides a memorable and worthwhile adventure that we’d suggest you try out. UK Charts: Mario Kart 8 Grabs Silver As Monster Hunter Wilds Makes Its Debut
A monstrous start. Well folks, a new Monster Hunter game has come out, which means that Monster Hunter is predictably dominating the UK Charts. It wasn't always this way, but it's safe to say that the series has well and truly broken into the mainstream now. Surprisingly, however, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has actually managed to climb the charts to land just behind Monster Hunter Wilds and claim the silver medal. This is despite the new release of PGA Tour 2K25, which itself debuted in third place. Lower down, we can see that Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection has just about scraped through to join the top ten ranks at number nine, while Nintendo's latest major release, Donkey Kong Country Returns HD, slowly continues its descent to land at number eighteen.
