Complete GHOUL RE Boss Guide: Locations, drops, respawn times

While GHOUL RE is very much focused on its PvP (and Perma Death PvP), the devs have been hard at work at keeping the PvE scene strong and healthy. In a recent update, GHOUL RE added Raid bosses, and we're so thrilled to take a break from all the player killing that we decided to give you this Complete GHOUL RE Boss Guide. How to spawn bosses in GHOUL RE There are two types of bosses in GHOUL RE: CCG and Ghoul Bosses (the smaller bosses) The Raid Bosses (the really tough ones) Screenshot by Destructoid You can spawn smaller bosses by accepting missions for your faction's mission board. As a Ghoul player, you can accept CCG Boss missions, and as a CCG member, you can take on Ghoul Boss missions. When you accept one of these, you'll get a yellow arrow showing you where the boss has spawned. Even though these are smaller bosses that can be soloed, we recommend you bring a friend or two along just in case. You never know if players of the opposing faction may decide to ruin your fun. Other than CCG and Ghoul Boss missions, both factions can also accept Bosses Fighting missions. These are interesting because not only do they spawn one of the opposing faction bosses but also one of your own bosses. In a sense, this is a clash between two NPC bosses where you get to tip the scales. These are arguably easier to do than regular boss missions because the bosses will be focused on each other while you'll just do damage. Again, while you can solo these, it's always safer to bring a friend or two along. Screenshot by Destructoid As for spawning Raid Bosses, you first need to have 5,000 Yen. Then you talk to the Boss Raid NPC (a girl with blonde hair near the CCG building), and get her to spawn one of the three. Once you do, you'll be teleported to a secluded area where you can fight them. You can (and absolutely should) bring as many friends as you can. Up to 7 people can tag along with you to a Raid Boss. To respawn bosses, simply accept another mission from the mission board or pay another fee to the Raid Boss NPC. GHOUL RE Raid Boss Guide Don't think you can solo these, without some serious cheese tactics (we do have a few here to share, by the way). Raid Bosses have a ton of health and lots of attacks, and they tend to hit pretty hard. Unless you know what you're doing, definitely grab a group of friends (up to 8 players can attack a Raid Boss). Eto Boss Guide in GHOUL RE Gif by Ghoul Re Trello board Eto is, arguably, the easiest of the three bosses in GHOUL RE as of writing this. Despite Eto's intimidating appearance, you can destroy it pretty easily with the right knowledge. Eto has 4 moves. Basic attack - Eto swings one of its arms to the opposite side. Easy to predict and can be parried Scream - Eto lowers and then raises its head u,p releasing a scream. You can spam the parry button to avoid most of these Slam - Eto raises both its fists and slams the ground. Can't be parried, you need to dodge this one Shards - Eto turns its back to the person it is attacking and releases shards from its back. Can be parried if you spam the parry button quickly While it might seem like a lot, once you learn all the moves above, Eto is pretty easy to kill, especially with a good team of players. Even if you aren't prepared, most will probably learn the moves during the fight, which normally lasts anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes. Tatara Boss Guide in GHOUL RE Gif by GHOUL RE Trello board Tatara is even more predictable than Eto, but it is arguably more difficult because of how much health it has. Fighting this thing for the first time was really discouraging because of how little damage we were doing, but after fighting it for a bit, this is just an easy but very tanky boss. Basic attacks - Tatara swings one of its arms at you. Super easy to parry Flame Thrower - Tatara claps its fists, its head will glow blue, and it will release a flame attack. You can parry this by spamming the parry button Barrage + Slam - Tatara claps its fists (without its head glowing), and it will start attacking the ground (the player) with both arms. All of these can be parried except the last slam attack it does at the end of the barrage, that one needs to be dodged Slam - Tatara raises both arms (and one foot?) above the ground and attacks the area in front. This needs to be dodged Nero Boss Guide in GHOUL RE Gif by GHOUL RE Trello board Nero has the fewest moves, but it does the most damage out of all other Raid bosses. Almost all of its attacks are parryable, so with enough practice, this may become one of the easiest bosses to fight. Despite this, Nero's attacks cover a wide area, so definitely be prepared to take some damage until you learn the ropes. Basic attack - Nero uses one of its tentacles to attack from one side to the other. Can be parried (Jump) Slam attack - When the battle starts, Nero will pick one of the players and jump slam into them. This can be parried. As long as none of the players get too far away from Nero, it won't do the Jump Slam again, just a regular Slam Hug attack - Nero will extend all its tentacles and slam them all into the ground in front. This can also be parried, but it's pretty tough to time Ball curl attack - Nero curls its tentacles into a ball before releasing them all at once. Can be parried, but if not, it can knock you back (definitely get back to it so you don't suffer a Jump Slam) Currently, there aren't any cheese methods for Nero. GHOUL RE Boss Loot Drops Unfortunately, most bosses in GHOUL RE have the same loot pool. Raid bosses can drop a few unique items, but for the most part, you can similar loot from all bosses. Here are all the drops you can expect Loot Type Loot Name Equipment Panda Mask, Yomo Outfit, Senior Investigator Black, Despiar Necklace, Centipede Bracelet, Leg Shackle, Bloody Cape, Armband Fragments Rinkaku, Koukaku, Ukaku, Bikaku, Kakuju (both regular and refined) Other Panda Mask, Yomo Outfit, Senior Investigator Black, Despair Necklace, Centipede Bracelet, Leg Shackle, Bloody Cape, Armband Additionally, each Raid boss has a few unique drops. These aren't guaranteed. Eto - One Eyed Fragment, SSS Owl Blueprint Noro - Deformed Kakuhou Fragment, Ginkui Blueprint Tatara - One Eyed Fragment, Solace Blueprint That's all there is to it. Have fun Raiding these bosses with your friends, and enjoy the loot. If you haven't already, check out our GHOUL RE codes for some cool freebies. Genshin Impact 5.4 Phase 2: Most popular teams in Spiral Abyss

The second phase of the Genshin Impact 5.4's Spiral Abyss has finally started and it features a new lineup of enemies. A user on X has shared a data that shows the most popular teams used by other players to clear Floor 12 of the current Abyss reset. You can use this as reference to decide your teams if you're struggling to clear the endgame content. Most popular teams in Genshin Impact 5.4 Spiral Abyss A user named @hxg_diluc on X shared a data showing the usage rates of teams in version 5.4's Spiral Abyss. The data is based on a sample size of 115,692 players, and naturally, it does not reflect the entirety of the Genshin Impact community. Listed below are the top 10 most popular teams in the current Abyss, based on their usage rates: Mavuika + Xilonen + Citlali + Bennett - 46.9% Neuvillette + Kazuha + Baizhu + Furina - 41% Neuvillette + Kazuha + Xilonen + Furina - 24.2% Neuvillette + Kazuha + Charlotte + Furina - 19.1% Neuvillette + Kazuha + Zhongli + Furina - 10.7% Alhaitam + Nahida + Xingqiu + Kuki Shinobu - 10% Xiao + Xianyun + Faruzan + Furina - 9.2% Neuvillette + Kazuha + Citlali + Furina - 8.1% Wriothesley - 7.4% Ayaka + Shenhe + Kazuha + Kokomi - 6.9% Image via HoYoverse Mavuika's team took the first spot in the ranking with 46.9% usage rate. However, it is safe to say that Neuvillette dominated the new Abyss as 5 of the 10 teams are his. This just shows how strong the Iudex of Fontaine is and he will remain one of the most popular choices unless the Abyss features enemies immune to Hydro. Alhaitham, Xiao, and Ayaka's premium teams were also quite popular, which shouldn't be surprising given the nature of enemies and Blessings. In addition, there's an surprising entry at #9 as some players soloed Floor 12 of the Genshin Impact 5.4 Spiral Abyss with Wriothesley, proving that the Duke of the Fortress of Meropide still got it. Most picked characters in Genshin Impact 5.4 Spiral Abyss

The current Genshin Impact 5.4 Spiral Abyss reset features several strong enemies. Furthermore, a recent survey shared by a user on X shows the most popular characters that players used to defeat these enemies on Floor 12. You can use this data as a reference and consider your options when building the teams before challenging the Spiral Abyss. Genshin Impact 5.4 Phase 2: 10 most popular characters in Spiral Abyss A user named @hxg_diluc on X posted a list of the most used characters in the ongoing phase of the Spiral Abyss, based on the sample size of 115,692 players. While this doesn't represent the entire player base, it should give you a rough idea of who was the most effective character on Floor 12. Here's the list of the 10 most used characters in Spiral Abyss in the second phase of Genshin Impact 5.4, based on their usage rates: Furina - 96.7% Xilonen - 92.6% Neuvillette - 88.5% Citlali - 82.8% Kazuha - 81% Mavuika - 68.1% Bennett - 68% Baizhu - 44.6% Arlecchino - 39.7% Yelan - 38.4% Image via HoYoverse Furina is the most popular character in the Spiral Abyss with a 96.7% usage rate. This is one of the highest rates achieved by any unit in the game so far. That said, it shouldn't be surprising since Furina is arguably the best sub-DPS/support unit and the Abyss Ley Line Disorder heavily favors her. In the second spot is Xilonen with a 92.6% usage rate. She is also one of the best supports so it makes sense for her to be a popular choice in the Abyss. Interestingly, Furina and Xilonen are the only two with more than a 90% usage rate. Slightly behind them is Neuvillette as the third most used character. He is one of the best damage dealers so it is no surprise that he is there. Meanwhile, Mavuika is in the sixth spot with a 68.1% usage rate and is more popular than the other Archons. Unsurprisingly, Bennett is also one of the most popular characters in Spiral Abyss. He ranked #7 with a usage rate of 68% and is the only 4-star on the list. The post Most picked characters in Genshin Impact 5.4 Spiral Abyss appeared first on Destructoid.

How to use Low Driven playstyle in EA FC 25

The Low Driven playstyle is sweeping the EA FC 25 meta since its introduction as part of Title Update 10, and mastering it will allow you to win more games. Whether you're a beginner or veteran, the Low Driven playstyle is extremely lethal in front of goal. To make the most out of this playstyle, you'll want to use a card with Low Driven+. EA Sports has already added a fair few cards with the playstyle in Ultimate Team, and I expect more of them in the near future. How to trigger Low Driven playstyle in EA FC 25 The Low Driven playstyle is one of the easier ones to perform, but it will require practice. The easiest way of triggering Low Driven is with the help of a tap shot. Performing a tap shot is simple: just tap the shoot button. You don't have to press any other button: just the shoot button along with the LS for direction. Make sure you don't keep the shoot button pressed. Just gently tap it once, and the player you control will perform a shot that will stick closely to the ground. Without the Low Driven playstyle, this shot type tends to have low power. With the playstyle, the shots will have significantly more power, but a low elevation makes it very hard for the goalkeeper to save. I feel that the Low Driven playstyle is the most meta choice you can currently utilize in EA FC 25, and it will continue to remain as such without a nerf in the future. To make the method simpler, try to shoot with less than 30% of the power bar filled when you're about to kick. Of course, it's not possible to check the bar when shooting at all times, so it's better to build muscle memory in the long run. You can always go to the training modes to practice tap shots. For this, you can pick any striker you want, as the objective is to build up your motor skills. Video via Destructoid Once done, Ultimate Team is where you can find the most cards with this playstyle. If you're on a tight budget, the Gary Lineker FUT Birthday Icon is available for less than 100,000 coins. This card is the cheapest way to try out the playstyle, and you will find that scoring goals can be extremely easy. The chances of your success go up in situations where there's just the goalkeeper to beat. To make the most out of it, try pairing the Low Driven playstyle with trivela shots to guarantee a goal with the correct angles.
