After devoting the majority of January to Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, we're surprised at how much of a hankering we have to return to the wonderful world of Henry of Skalitz. We're holding out for the truly masochistic Hardcore Mode; developer Warhorse Studios recently detailed this punishing way of playing, as well as showing off many of the anachronistic hair styling and beard options coming to the game. In a dev stream on Twitch (thanks, Game Rant), players were treated to a sneak peek at some of the surprisingly modern facial and hairstyles coming to the game, from the gloriously masculine mullet that seemingly never goes out of style, to that ridiculous broccoli-looking mop all the kids these days seem to be sporting (we are so old). Hold fast in the face of Mankind's innumerable enemies. Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 developer Saber Interactive and publisher Focus Entertainment have jointly posted the patch notes for the game's upcoming 7.0 update, and while there are some nice additions, it's unlikely to placate the ravenous hunger of impatient players. In addition, they teased the anticipated Horde mode, but refused to divulge a release date. In a blog post (thanks, IGN), we got a glimpse of the updates' inner workings, which will likely arrive on PS5 later in March.
