Early access begins one month today! Following a busy February for Xbox with the release of Avowed, March is looking a little quieter for the team, with no major first-party releases currently set to launch this month. However, Compulsion Games' South of Midnight is coming in April - and we want to know if you're excited for the next big release from Microsoft. As you probably saw, we wrote up an extensive preview of the team's follow-up to We Happy Few last month, and came away mightily impressed by what we played. The jury's still out on the full version of South of Midnight for sure, but our overall thoughts from just a chunk of the game have us incredibly excited for the full release over here at PX HQ. The app survived for almost a decade. Well, it's the end of an era today! Microsoft has announced that Skype is officially shutting its doors in May 2025, with the focus shifting over to Microsoft Teams instead - and the company is making it as easy as possible to move over: "Over the coming days, we will roll out the ability for Skype users to sign into Teams (free) on any supported device using their Skype credentials—starting today with those who are part of both the Teams and Skype Insider programs. By logging in to Teams with a Skype account, chats and contacts will automatically appear in the app so you can quickly pick up where you left off." Read the full article on purexbox.com
